The living area is generous and comfortable with Cal king bed, dining area, love seat, deluxe entertainment center, modem for internet access, books, CDs, Videos, games, cards. The lanai has seating and chaise lounge and electric cooker.

The kitchen is completely equipped with large and small appliances, complete service settings, glasses, and washer and dryer.

The bath area and dressing room are spacious and completely redone and updated with light colors and tiles.

In the afternoon, sunscreens can be lowered to keep the direct sun off the lanai providing privacy and helping to cool off the condo. With the windows closed, central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable year around. Ceiling fans add to the island feeling.

The unit features a king bed, complete kitchen, deluxe entertainment center, dining area, washer/dryer, cable modem for free Internet; 32′ LCD TV, stereo, CD, DVD, VHS unit, electric grill on lanai, air conditioning and ceiling fan, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, many kitchen appliances.
